Audivox is a Sales Operating System for teams that live on the phone. It provides a unified agent desktop, call scripts, CRM sync (e.g., GoHighLevel), telephony integration, queue and agent control, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account and Use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing and data protection regulations.

4. Payment and Subscription

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are as set out in your plan or order form. We may change pricing with advance notice. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

Audivox and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audivox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice. You may cancel your account as per our cancellation process. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
